Energy Production Project
In order to achieve the EU´s goal of carbon neutrality by 2050, IEA created a roadmap for the global energy sector. According to the IEA´s report, the electricity sector has among buildings, transports, industry and others the highest carbon dioxide emissions in 2020. Thus, it is important to analyze different energy production technologies for the future grid. As an additional part of the analysis, criteria will be defined to evaluate the different types of energy production. The results will be published as a white paper to educate EYE members. Furthermore, it will be the base for a future position paper for energy production.
